SCALLOPED POTATOES



Ingredients & Methods : 

Peel your Potatoes and Cut the Onions then fill the Casserole, leaving room for the other ingredients.

Make a roux, which contains butter, milk and flour, melt the butter.


Then add the flour, then the milk, pour into the dish with the potatoes.

I also added some shredded cheese, seasoned with onion powder, garlic pepper and garlic ranch powder, covered with foil.

Bake for about an hour or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through!
