Best Pasta Salad



*Ingredients

*Pasta
400g pasta
*Buffalo mozzarella
250g buffalo mozzarella or 250g cow mozzarella
*Tomato
6 tomatoes
*green olive
2 handfuls of green olives
*Olive oil
4 tbsp. at s. olive oil
*Oregano
4 tbsp. c. oregano
*Pesto
4 tbsp. c.  pesto
*Garlic
1 clove of garlic
*Salt or fine salt
Salt or fine salt


*Preparation

Cut the tomatoes into small dice.

Put the diced tomatoes in a bowl and salt.

Add the olive oil.

Cutting garlic to pieces. The idea is that the garlic infuses its flavors. If you like garlic, you can mince it finely and leave it in the salad.

Add the oregano.

Cutting olives into slices also adding them to tomatoes.

Cut the mozzarella balls into slices then into cubes, let drain on a plate.

Add the pesto to the bowl with the tomatoes and mix.

Pour the pasta into a large volume of salted boiling water.

While pasta is cook, drain it.

Adding still hot pasta to bowl with the tomatoes. Add the mozzarella cubes and mix.

Serve with the arugula.
